Effective date: 22 May 2026
Short version: Daemon Run runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no analytics, no advertising, no accounts, and no servers we operate that touch your data.
Daemon Run is developed and published by Cevolabs Innovations S.R.L., registered in Romania. Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "the developer" refer to Cevolabs Innovations S.R.L. The application is referred to as "the game" or "Daemon Run".

None. The game does not collect any personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, contact information, location data, or media access. The game does not require an account and does not have a login screen.
The game saves the following information locally on your device, using the operating system's standard preferences storage (NSUserDefaults / PlayerPrefs on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data never leaves your device and we never see it:
You can erase all of this at any time by uninstalling the game.
None. The game does not integrate with any third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting service, or social platform. The game makes no outbound network requests.
Apple App Store and Google Play Store handle app distribution, installation, and any future in-app purchases. When you install, update, or purchase the game, the platform itself may collect information according to its own privacy policy. We never see that data — Apple and Google are the data controllers for those flows.
If we add Game Center leaderboards or iCloud save in a future version, those features are provided by Apple and disclosed in the platform's own privacy disclosures; data flowing through them is subject to Apple's policy, not ours. We will update this document when that ships.
The current version of the game has no in-app purchases. If we add them in the future, they will be processed through Apple's StoreKit or Google Play Billing. We never see your payment information, billing address, or Apple/Google account identity — those are handled by the platform.
The game does not knowingly collect any data, from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because the game collects nothing, there is no data to act on under COPPA, the UK Children's Code, or analogous laws.
Because we do not collect, process, or store any personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete on our side. If a future version of the game introduces data collection, this document will be updated and the appropriate rights and contact mechanisms will be added here.
Game data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's operating system and your device passcode. We do not transmit data, so there is no in-flight data to secure on our side.
If we change what data the game handles — for example by adding analytics, online leaderboards, or in-app purchases — we will update this document, change the effective date above, and (where appropriate) surface the change in-app before the new behavior takes effect.
